HELP! I need some identification on two tube-looking-things (yes, I know NOTHING @ electronics). Ok here's a basic descript: They look like 4" stainless steel cylinders with a pole coming out the bottom with what looks like a large plugin for a lightbulb. At the top are two bolts, one in the middle and one just to the right with a small 1.5" rod sticking out the top. It reads "S-I-L-T-U-B-E R-1170-1" and is made by The Kneisley Electric Co. in Toledo OH. They came out of my family's defunct drive-in so they could possibly be for a projector? or neon sign?? Thanks so much for your time--any suggestions or information is MUCH appreciated!
